they have had my car for over a month, zero communication unless I contact them. This is absolutely the worst service i have ever received from a repair shop
All I wanted was my transmission fixed I took my M20 Muncie transmission back to Powers Transmission for the third time. Each time it took months, numerous phone calls and stopping by to check on it to get my transmission back. The last time after missing at least a half dozen delivery dates, numerous phone calls, stopping by numerous times and being told David will call you with a progress report by the end of today. When I drove my car there for the first time, the transmission slipped, but it was still working. After they checked, it failed totally(coincident). They told me $700 dollars to dis-mount and mount the transmissions and up to me what to chose next transmission, grand total $2000-$3000. Big lie. Once they worked on it, they found this wrong, that wrong,,,, ended $4000+. After I picked up the car, the transmission failed next day, again, I had to called AAA towing it back.They fixed a few days later. Then other problem hits ... read more
