I was In Manitowoc during the Elsa Storm. My Truck was shaking terrible. I originally brought it there to get the tires balanced they did that and it still had a very terrible shake. The were very persistent on finding the problem. They absolutely did while being Kind and concerned. I would absolutely recommend Powers Auto . Had tires put on 2 days ago. Got in my vehicle to drive it home and realized the pressure on my tires was very low. Called into the store to ask if they could check them before I left. The man who I talked to said they were very busy and that the sensors had to recalibrate themselves. Woke up this morning to drive my truck and now I have a flat tire. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with power’s and I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you can
