I received no service. I called in to check up on a repetitive complaint about the OEM transmission Chevy sold me for my Silverado. I was supposed to receive a call or email from the service manager updating me on my last ride along but have heard nothing from her. Instead, I received a voice mail from GM customer service (I have a claim on a long standing mechanical issue with the transmission) that the service manager stated there was no problem and I could call back in if I had any additional concerns. Regarding the Service side, Jennifer is the person to go to! Interacted with her a handful of times & she’s always kind, considerate, & helpful. Last time I was here was back in April for an inspection & she remembered me. She definitely has a good memory & enjoys checking up on people. The team is also very fast when servicing a vehicle, but I’ve always had appointments with them so I’m in & out within 45mins! And thank you to Tonya, as well, on the Sales side!
