Fuel pump module replaced. In and out in less than 24 hours. Excellent.

From start to finish, my experience at the Powers Swain Body shop was EXCELLENT!! Jessica quickly scheduled my repair, answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I believe the tech that repaired my hood, Jeff, did a SUPERB job on the repair and the color match was perfect!! Adam also provided excellent service upon pickup!! I received no service. I called in to check up on a repetitive complaint about the OEM transmission Chevy sold me for my Silverado. I was supposed to receive a call or email from the service manager updating me on my last ride along but have heard nothing from her. Instead, I received a voice mail from GM customer service (I have a claim on a long standing mechanical issue with the transmission) that the service manager stated there was no problem and I could call back in if I had any additional concerns.
