Easy installation and fast service!
Apparently, they are not interested in selling to the general public, requiring a minimum order of 20 frames (95 panels installation ie solar farm) when I’m ready to buy 5 frames for my 9kw system.
These are the hardest people to work with. Customer service is just not there. Every time I called or sent and email they acted like it was a big inconvenience to talk to you. They only accept cash or wire transfer. I ordered 30 degree tilt and received 60 degree.
Power Solar Frames is extremely difficult to work with they demand 50% up front no matter how much business you have done with them or length of business relationship. They will also threaten to delay your order and hold your order hostage unless you wire transfer them money on the day they want it. Customer service and attitude from Steve Jones is down right right and pompous. I would never work with them!
