Not only are their incubators great, their customer service is absolutely amazing! Our lab was impacted hard by a hurricane and we were desperately trying to repair and troubleshoot our incubators. The team at Powers Scientific was extremely knowledgeable and patient. They walked us through diagnosing the issues as well as how to repair/replace parts. Every time I called (which was a lot), they were always friendly and eager to assist.
