Always completely satisfied with Powers Roof Service. This is our second time working with them and again, could not be more pleased. From start to finish the team, Brandon, Mason and Sterling, were on time, professional, friendly, and communicated effectively on what the job entailed. Once complete they spent the time discussing, and showing via pictures, exactly what was done, where the affected areas were, how the remediated and discussed additional measures we can take to keep the roof in good shape. I had a follow up question after they serviced our roof and they quickly responded and took a look. During his visit, he went above and beyond and even fixed some small things that were unrelated and not their responsibility to fix. We appreciated this as well as their communication and customer service. Would use them again.
We had some repair work done a couple of years ago and they did an excellent job. Took lots of pictures before and after and provided great communication. We were really impressed with the entire process. My parent's house needed some repair work this past year and we recommended them and again, they did excellent work.
