Excellent service. It was necessary to have our home camera system reprogrammed to the new modem and router that Spectrum issued to customers in our area. Technician Shawn arrived early and was very knowledgeable with the technical procedures to restore our system. Great personality. Expert fisherman and terrific father when off duty.
Great Company! Good people. Installation and review of system completed in a couple of hours, they even helped me with my smart range that had a clock smarter than me, lol. Have had the system for 4 months and am happy with it.
Powers Protection is one of the BEST contractors I use for our church. John came out and was able to save us a TON of $$$ for installing new burglar systems. We have multiple buildings on our campus and multiple campuses that now all function on 1 system. Johns team is professional and the communication is great. They show up when scheduled and quickly work to fix any issues we have. John and his team truly treat us like family and not just another "number" in the customer book.
