Absolutely amazing customer service these people are the absolute best at what they do and how they are always willing to help.
I highly recommend Steve for your boat rental needs on this beautiful lake. He did an excellent job preparing us to use the pontoon boat, which was requested on very short notice, as well as ensuring we knew the best places on the lake to target fish. Steve was very helpful and an all around great guy. Addionally, his pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely use PLBR services again the next time we are in the area!
Steve and his mate were awesome! Showed up right on time and even let us keep the boat longer than scheduled. Splash pads, life jackets etc. We had a great time! Thanks again Steve!
