This is poorly run company and they do NOT care about the customer. We were told one thing at the time of signing and they did a complete other, they are full of lies! They will NOT work with the customer and are over priced. When trying to talk to a manager they refused to have an actual manager call us back. The sales associate told us and put in writing everything we wanted to hear to get us to sign a contract, and then the contractors knew nothing about it.
