We have been working with Powers Friedman Linn for just over four years to handle the few evictions we've had to pursue as small business Landlords. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. They have been helpful, professional, responsive, and courteous. Billing is always accurate. They continue to follow up on our older cases to track down individuals who are job-hoppers and are trying to avoid wage garnishment. I'm thankful for the legal knowledge and support they provide to help protect our business.
Called to speak about an eviction, garnishment of wages and bank account withdrawal for the garnishment. When I spoke with the person handling my file, which was Lori, not only did she cut me off multiple times, she was very rude and dismissive. I was simply asking for them to work with me and since they already went in my bank account and to assure they wouldn't again, since I was willing to pay. Currently in collections with an apartment complex due to their not having placed a replacement tenant in my apartment when I had done the legwork in finding someone to take over. It took 8 months to get any kind of bill attempting to collected on an amount owed for the remainder of my lease. Enter Powers Friedman Linn, PLL.
