Catherine is the best! I was looking for a lymphatic drainage massage and she responded very fast and got an appointment right away even on a Sunday where most were closed. The massage felt totally professional! Focused exactly on the areas where I requested, I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would recommend it.
This rating has everything to do with lack of professionalism and customer service on the part of the owner at the San Mateo location. I’ve been trying to cancel my monthly membership, find out how much credit I have for services and asking for a refund of charges that took place after my repeated requests (by phone before the mailbox was full, emails & texts) to cancel. I am so in "LOVE" with Benicia CryoGlow! I started my journey in May with the VIP experience. Anthony was and is amazing every time I go in, thank you!
