We have been waiting on a $5600 refund check that was supposed to be sent mid-August. It's October and still no progress despite several calls and in-person visits to inquire. Always excuses but no action. Reason for the refund is because I'm July I bought a mower as a gift but the recipient needed the expense as a business write -off, so they also paid for the mower. PowerPro has been paid twice for the same mover and have been stalling the refund ever since. Nice people but you cannot trust them. May have to seek legal hel... read more
Personnel very helpfor Leroy in savery patient and informative about any questions. I needed to have answered lots of inventory. And choices in stock still researching the best mower for my needs. They have a very nice selection of gravely and hustler mowers.
I've used Power Pro for chainsaw tuneups and just purchased a new zero turn mower. The sales person was knowledgeable of the different brands and models within each brand. I've brought two chainsaws in for tuneups due to lack of idling and power and their mechanics fixed the problems with both saws. Both are still running well.
Excellent inventory, knowledgeable staff, and good customer care.
