After purchasing a sub compact tractor which was under warranty. The folks in York office came to my rescue. A Technician drove to my home and was able to get my tractor started again by replacing a fuel filter. Thanks so much to all of you involved.
Excellent customer service. I bought a Hustler Raptor XD 54” sight unseen. The process was smooth and delivered 2 days later. No complaints from me!
Lack attention to detail and have to have constant reminders to follow up with anything. Always have an excuse to why something is not complete. Say will call back with updates but never do. Claim will help but never do unless you bug/remind them to. Would look elsewhere.
Be aware that in the past they would regularly take parts and switches off new tractors to put on customers units. Which seems fine but that had a bad habit of not remembering what they took off new units or which units. If you’ve bought something from them or plan to make sure that everything that looks like it’s supposed to be there is there, and if your lucky enough to catch their newer tech outback in the shop you might catch him using the “N” work on a regular basis. the current manager mike and Chris are ok guys.
