Ordered Briggs & Stratton Intek, Power Built, Professional Series 13.5-19.5hp service kit. Received it today, Oil filter was missing, and the oil supplied was not as indicated in the images, however oil quality was as advertised by the supplier. I provided feedback and the owner called me directly to sort the issue out, i updated my review as too many business don’t care about the after sales, and take too long to fix issues. Thanks for the call Kevin, was appreciated.

Great service. They made sure they delivered the correct Briggs & Stratton motor for my Husqvarna, which they had to order in. It took a bit longer (not their fault) but got the right product. Will use again.
I was very happy with the service from Kevin, he had sold the part I wanted but he told me he would have one the next day and he would post it to me. I’m in a small country town, it was in our post office the next day. Power Mowers are now my mower spares store for sure!!
