Great product, easy to deal with
The product was what I ordered Time from ordering to receiving was abysmal
Received my online order for a pair of Felco secateurs relatively quickly from SA to MEL. However on opening the package the blades had traces of rust discoloration. Not what you expect from a new product. Upon contacting customer service I was advised in a fairly off hand manner that I should apply oil and see If I can clean it off. If that didn't work I was told I could send them back and be given a replacement but the postage would be at my expense.
