Ordered the 14" bandsaw online, shipped directly from the manufacturer. A week later "sorry, delayed". 4 days after that, "sorry - your shipment was lost". I canceled Seriously reevaluating whether to buy another brand. The disappointment is overwhelming, what a letdown. Who's responsible for this mess???
A 24 year old dime sized piece of plastic, that is a knob for a 3520 costs $65.90! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 RIP-OFF No wonder the cost of their equipment is exponentially stupid.
fast working Manager is great
The service department cost me a lot of money and 3 months later the repair still isn’t fixed. I spent a lot of money to replace parts on a simple dust collector that didn’t need to be replaced. $18,000 spent of powermatic equipment in five years. No more powermatic for me.....zero stars
