I have been going to PowerLux for a little over a year now and I have never been stronger, quicker, or been so well rounded in strength. As a soccer player trying to play D1, Madison has helped me reach that level and continues to help me grow towards that goal physically. Can’t recommend enough. My son has been coming here for a little over 2 years. In that time, I have seen growth in both his speed and strength, beyond age. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They hold him accountable with engaging and challenging workouts. On a side note, I myself have been training here for the past 6 months and have been pleased with my own personal results. I have recommended to place to several of my friends, who are now, also clients.
