Experienced a major brake system failure (all brake lines torn due to truck tire in road that passed under the vehicle) en route through Ohio. Had the 40' RV towed to Powerline at the recommendation of the executive transportation service we used to get to a hotel. Despite a busy schedule, Powerline got us back on the road within 24 hours, saving us $$$$ in hotel bills and upset/bored children. WARNING! Try to avoid this shop as much as you can. Research other shops as this one could bring you a painful experience. I took them nearly 6 months to build my engine. The owner tried to avoid taking responsibility and refused to compensate for my financial loss while the my car was at the shop. I traveled a lot and couldn’t micromanage (push) the owner to deliver what he promised after I already had paid for their services. Look for other shops. These guys are not worth it.
Great experience, my tractor trailer broke down, they towed my truck and trailer, dropped me off at hotel and a day later delivered it to the hotel after replacing the turbo charger. Excellent!!!!!!!
