I contacted this body shop as a lienholder calling from a dealership in Houston, TX to confirm whether our truck was in their possession and to request basic vehicle-status information. The man who answered told me to contact the insurance company instead. When I clarified that I was calling as the lienholder, he responded that he “didn’t care if I was the president.” This was extremely rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere and also the business owner should employ a new receptionist as the young lady at the front desk is very confrontational and has been reported to the appropriate agency for questionable conduct and practices involving insurance policies and guidelines as she is related to the owners.
These ppl are very good and super professional. They kept me updated with the process and I got my car back before expected time and they took very good care of everything. Service is exceptional. Thank you again guys.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Did business with this shop before and they did an excellent job, that interaction involved one of the owners. Took another car to get a quote the woman at the front desk has an ugly attitude and was willing to get confrontational.
