Take your business elsewhere and also the business owner should employ a new receptionist as the young lady at the front desk is very confrontational and has been reported to the appropriate agency for questionable conduct and practices involving insurance policies and guidelines as she is related to the owners.
These ppl are very good and super professional. They kept me updated with the process and I got my car back before expected time and they took very good care of everything. Service is exceptional. Thank you again guys.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Did business with this shop before and they did an excellent job, that interaction involved one of the owners. Took another car to get a quote the woman at the front desk has an ugly attitude and was willing to get confrontational.
Wonderful service. I was so pleased with how the repair went and the extras that were included. Very obvious that a lot of TLC went into the repairs. Highly recommend!
My vehicle was completed in 2 days. I was hesitant in the insurance company sending me to their shop but I must say I am truly impressed by the quality of the work. Mike has a lot of experience and great customers service. The kept me abreast with text messages. No complaints, my Palisades is looking sexy again
