Awesome service. I gave Robert a call about an urgent repair and he walked me through diagnosing where the issue was - and he was great at providing assistance to someone who is unsure. Thanks to his expertise we were able to find out where the fault was. Will come back to PowerLight.
I called for assistance after being informed they were due to attend a fault where I live. I then got an call from Stuart the following day aggressively demanding my address and details after I explained someone had arrived to repair my fault. Not how you treat customers. I wouldn’t call them for help with that attitude.
