We had a structural engineer recommend 3 piers in our home in 2020. Power Lift put them in. In January 2026 we asked for them to come back out to see if we needed more. We had a crack near our shower and we were looking to sell our house soon so we wanted to be proactive. We were told we did not need piers. The foundation was fine. It was due to the lack of rain and the crack wasn't on an exterior wall. I asked if it was moral and ethical to cover the crack and paint it and he said yes!
