Communication was extremely poor. Took days to hear back after leaving message. And once I did hear back, the "assessor" admitted he did not listen to my complete voicemail to know I needed to schedule a time to meet. Then, once he did finally come out (after 3 weeks of trying to get him there), he only walked through my house and looked at sheetrock cracking.
