I called Joe for an estimate after having had a structural engineer come do a report for us. He came over and gave us such detailed information about what needed to be done before he could do the repair correctly, which meant he wasn't able to give us a job estimate right away. He made perfect sense and was the only foundation repair company that was this thorough, even to the point of turning down the work until we get these couple of things done because he said he needed to be able to do the job right.
