The ladies at Powerhouse Studio, LLC are phenomenal! They are very knowledgable and friendly, and they will push you in a positive way to be a better version of your self. They offer three levels of intensity - beginner, intermediate, and advanced so everyone can enjoy a fun and challenging workout while feeling comfortable. They are continuously looking for ways to improve their routines/business model to accomodate their customers and meet thier needs. Hands down, they are the best! You will not be disappointed!
