Mitch is an amazing PT.
I started training with Mitch earlier this year after suffering a significant leg injury last year. Although I could walk ok, I had zero confidence in my leg and could not walk up stairs. Since training with Mitch, I now have much more strength in my leg and have mastered walking up stairs with no pain! You will not find a more understanding trainer than Mitch, He takes the time to get to know you as a person, your health, your needs, your personal life then develops a plan to change not only your health and fitness but your all round life style. Mitch will push you in all areas of your life and stick with you until you have achieved all you are wanting and more. Then on completion hes always just a phone call away. Highly recommended.
I like the fact that Mitch has been with the same gym for the last 4 years and treats everyone with professionalism. Great personality and leads by example.
