Very responsive and efficient when updating our system. Peter has always been helpful and available with answers to all of our questions.
We bought a security system and monitoring program from this company. They sold the monitoring portion to a third party, but that’s not the problem. The problem is the equipment they installed stopped working and there is no one who will take responsibility to fix it. So now we are on the hook for two plus years of monitoring but my home isn’t being monitored because of faulty equipment.
