Me and my husband wanted to get a bid for a new roof, these guys refused to talk business until both homeowners were “present”. Then they badgered around and “inspected” for what felt like 3 hours, and then they tried to use shady sales tactics and fearmongering to force me to take a bid for $90,000!!! Why???? They made me feel like a prisoner in my own home during their “inspection”, and tried to push out an incredibly absurd deal! Do not call these men for any business, they are not WORTH IT!

Excellent planning and layouts so we could easily visualize the project. Timely completion, frequently discussed issues and modifications to plan. Excellent work, first-rate lumber and other components. Workers were professionals. Outstanding performance. Workers cleaned up all debris. Highly recommended.

We had Powerhouse Remodeling demolish an old, sloping, pressure-treat lumber deck and replace it with an Ipe deck. The customer service is outstanding -- they LISTEN to the customer. The crew who worked on the project were superb -- on time, hard working, and maximum attention to detail. The demo/build took two weeks, and then we had them oil the Ipe afterwards. We could not be happier.

The folks at Powerhouse did a terrific job building our new deck. Steve the boss impressed right from the estimate stage in discussing what we wanted, what options were, and clearly answered questions about everything from materials to permits. The crew that did the work did an excellent job. "Craftsmanship" counts even with decks, and everything they did was tight, smooth straight and plumb and they did all the fussy trim that shows professional attention to detail. Great result!
