I have applied for a property through many different property managers/agencies and have found it to be quite concerning/overwhelming in this particular rental climate. We cannot recommend Felicity highly enough.. She has been fantastic helping and supporting us, she has been constantly available, able to answer all our questions with clarity and accuracy, her knowledge of the whole industry is vast and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is always calm and cheerful and so happy to explain even the simplest of concepts to us novices!!
