Went to take my Gravely to get serviced. Evidently they don’t service Gravely’s that weren’t purchased from their store. When I asked why not, I was basically told to go back to Macon, without much explanation. Awful customer service. Absurd. Lost not only the service, but any and all business moving forward. Very disappointed.

My husband doesn’t leave reviews so I’ll do it for him. He’s been looking and researching zero turn lawn mowers for months. He finally went into Powerhouse. He met a salesman named Stephen Phagun (hope I spelled that right) and he answered all of my husbands questions and was very knowledgeable. My husband is happy with his purchase from Powerhouse. Great financing available too. Will always tell people to come here first before going to Lowe’s & Home Depot. Thanks again!

They had my Craftsman mower blades in stock at half the price of Lowe's...and I was in and out in under five minutes! Somebody asked me what I needed as soon as I walked in, they looked it up, pulled it, and rang me out for $23 for two blades. No digging through boxes. Just in, out, happy.

I’ve lived in the local area for almost 25 years. I’ve tried and tried to give them a chance to do business with me. They are over priced and typically talk down to you in a condescending manner. In my personal opinion you have to be a big money account to get their respect. I will just choose to do my business elsewhere. No more chances.
Hands down the best around!!! I will never buy or rent any tool or lawn care equipment from any place else!!! I went to their new location on houston lake. I rented a small 1600 psi electric pressure washer from them and I was the first person to rent it. Was brand new out of the package and got home and it began to loose power and smoke slightly.
