Always helpful and have the parts I need
Very disappointing experience! I purchased a Smokercraft Pro Excursion last September 2024. First, Salesman Ross added on a $1175 "Prep/Rigging Fee" after we agreed on a price! The next day I discovered a 4 in.X 8 in. hole inside the end of the rod locker! I've called Powerhouse Marine on many occasions in the last year, and showed up 5 times in person to fix the defect. charge over $600 to simply pressure test a toon. I bought the boat new in 2021 the day I went and picked it up after it was all set up I saw a long crease/dent on the inside of one if these toons that was not there when we made they deal. they dented it when they picked it up with the extra long forks. the person I was dealing with we made a deal that if I have any issues in the future, they would work with me for a deal is any issues arise for anything. well how soon they forget, classless. By all means save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!! Seriously this place should be reported for their sketchy business practices. To actually get charged 181 dollars for an estimate, which was not disclosed beforehand is unbelievable. And all over a warranty issue that got rejected. Had I known there was a charge for something that should've been free I would've said NO I'll pick it up and take it elsewhere. Google won't let me leave zero stars!!
