Prompt and clear communication. Dealt with any issues in a timely manner. Would recommend Chaning to 5 starts - I had left my internet modem in the unit i was rentined. The team helped contacting the current tenant and helped to ensure that I was able to collect it even after 5 months. Thanks a lot to Powerhouse Management, really appreciate it.
Powerhouse Management has been excellent to work with as a landlord. I had a vacant condo for about 4 to 5 months and was struggling to find a tenant, but they found a reliable tenant in under 2 weeks. They are professional & responsive. I would definitely recommend them to other landlords.
