I recently contacted Powerhouse QLD to assist me with advice on Consolidations from China. Adele took the time to discuss the process and document, reporting & cost implications with me. A simple phone call saved me time and money, that as a start up I don't have alot of. If you are looking for incompetence, this is the right company. The staff conduct is dismissive, misleading, and spiteful. We commissioned 3 international transports and received 18 different invoices. We were gaslit and lied to, while staff made out they were doing us a favour when in fact they were just doing their job poorly. We were also overcharged by approximately 25% compared to other companies. Do yourself a favour: save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
