If you are looking for incompetence, this is the right company. The staff conduct is dismissive, misleading, and spiteful. We commissioned 3 international transports and received 18 different invoices. We were gaslit and lied to, while staff made out they were doing us a favour when in fact they were just doing their job poorly. We were also overcharged by approximately 25% compared to other companies. Do yourself a favour: save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
FIVE STARS! My business recently needed the help of an Aussie-based freight-forwarder for a 20 kilogram job from overseas into Australia.
