Its a small gym but it has a lot to offer. A sauna, shower stalls, lockers, cardio machines, 3 stair master machines, and some more things. They also offer smoothies for a reasonable price and options. Overall this is perfect gym for regular training and getting into shape.
Small, but the only well kept gym in Watsonville. Music is obnoxiously loud though. Even at 5am. Doesnt make much sense, nearly 100% of their clientele wear headphones. Had to buy ANC headphones to make it bearable.
Was in town for work. Got a day pass. Was a good gym.
