I have been a member at X Gym for about 5 years and overall had a good experience while I lived nearby. However, after moving, I now live over 45 minutes away, so continuing my membership no longer made sense. I was told I had to come in person to cancel, so I took time out of my day to drive all the way there to sign the cancellation paperwork. Terrible cancellation fees. Tried cancelling in November over the phone but continued to get charged through February. I had to go in person and fill out unnecessary paper work, just for them to cancel my membership. Not to mention they stated that they would CHARGE ME AGAIN in March for the final payment. You would think after using a gym for 4 years they would help you out a bit but not this place! Will be having the charges disputed if they continue.
