Terrible cancellation fees. Tried cancelling in November over the phone but continued to get charged through February. I had to go in person and fill out unnecessary paper work, just for them to cancel my membership. Not to mention they stated that they would CHARGE ME AGAIN in March for the final payment. You would think after using a gym for 4 years they would help you out a bit but not this place! Will be having the charges disputed if they continue. Plenty of better gyms in the area with more space and better contracts.
I jointed in December n have nothing but good to say about X -gym… BEST decision I’ve ever made
Can't even access their website not worth the time even if it's supposed to be a good gym. CANT SIGN UP IF THE WEBSITE IS BROKEN
