I workout here 3 times a week with Nick and I am very pleased with the attention to detail he provides with my personal training. He keeps a close eye on my form and helps me get the most out of every workout. The staff at the front desk is awesome as well. Always friendly and willing to help.

Can someone fix the mens toilet seat, tired of balancing, so my butt cheeks don't touch the porcelain. Talk about a stability workout

Fix the door lock!!!!! It’s ridiculous. There will be 4 people lined up trying to get the door to open.

Very good gym that isn't crowded like other in the area. They just updated there equipment, and move things around to make it easier to get a good workout. Staff is friendly and helpful, also there is a Size Up inside for all your suppliment needs.

This gym has so much potential, but it desperately needs some TLC. As an athlete who has trained in everything from basic facilities to D1 college weight rooms, I joined for the summer because the price is very fair ($230 for 3 months). However, here is my honest breakdown: Organization: 5/10 The cardio and weight machines are good, but the free weight section is a mess.
