Very good gym that isn't crowded like other in the area. They just updated there equipment, and move things around to make it easier to get a good workout. Staff is friendly and helpful, also there is a Size Up inside for all your suppliment needs.

This gym has so much potential, but it desperately needs some TLC. As an athlete who has trained in everything from basic facilities to D1 college weight rooms, I joined for the summer because the price is very fair ($230 for 3 months). However, here is my honest breakdown: Organization: 5/10 The cardio and weight machines are good, but the free weight section is a mess. I've been a member of this gym for six years, but recently the cleanliness has noticeably declined. There is a persistent odor similar to urine and feces in multiple areas of the facility and on the equipment, which is very concerning. Given the price point, I would expect a much higher standard of cleanliness. I've also heard similar complaints from several other members, so this doesn't seem to be an isolated issue. I do not typically submit complaints. I felt it was necessary now. I attempted to contact the gym supervisor regarding my membership and spoke with an employee later identified as Olivia. As a customer, I asked for her name so I could keep a record of who I was speaking with during each call. She became offended by this request, became argumentative, and referred to me the customer as unprofessional. Then she hung up on me.
