I've been a member since March when the gym opened. Overall everythings fine except for the room where we do aerobics. The floor is horrible-very hard on the knees, slippery when we get hot,sweaty & the ac in that room doesn't work!!! They should've installed cork flooring or other flooring that's not as hard.. When you leave msgs to the owner no one ever returns phone calls!!
Awful customer service! From the get go in October it has been a joke. The manager is THE rudest person I have ever encountered!
Signed up in November and they said they would open in December. Now January they say they won't open till February. I have been trying to quit since they did not open in December and the wonderful powerhouse manger won't let me. The gym will not let me quit until they open (who knows when that will happen). They will not let me quit because they want to charge me the first months fees. THIS IS NOT OK!!!! These people lie and are rude!
