The Gym has friendly staff and a nice atmosphere to workout in. My kids enjoy the daycare and my wife loves all of the classes. Plus its on the cheap side of gyms.

this place is super humid, you can't even breath. When you ask stuff to set up the AC lower they answer you back "Most members want it to be hot in the gym so they could loose weight!". Go and see it with your own eyes people if you don't trust me
WORST PLACE EVER! I went there and said I wanted month to month membership, they promised they would not take money out of my account! Not only did they lie, but they doubled the money, I had to fight to get it back, and then they sued me! Even though I never SIGNED ANY PAPERWORK! They are frauds, liars, and the gym is shoddy at best! Go at your own risk, because you have been warned!!!
They have not care about heavy lifters and only clean that area. They do not open on time. The owner is by no means a nice guy. In fact deletes anything that is not praising his gym.
I love lifting weights in this gym because everything is organized, from the weight section to the cardio section, you can see the effort they did to make them conjusive for physical activities.

the gym is a hot mess. JD the owner gives your information to his friends like Leon I Weatherspoon. Leon uses the gym to meet women . these women join the gym and learn that he is full of crap. JD refuses to refund people when they find out that they have been used. this gym should be closed and marked as abusive to women. leon is a criminal
I have had a membership here for about 2 years. its a very nice gym, my only complaint is that the equipment is really close together and seems to get moved around a lot. Friendly Staff - Chelsea at the front desk ALWAYS greets us, and she even knows what kind of protein shake I want before I even ask.
