Great gym! Friendly staff and clean.
Beware what your signing up for - extremely difficult to cancel your membership. They will either make you come in or send in cancellation by mail. Cant be done over the phone or email (in 2025). If you cancel the payment on your card it will be sent to collections. Overall a good gym, but given their cheap monthly fee they make it as difficult as possible to cancel. I have been a member at Power House since 2021, but in the last two years I was too busy to go. On July 4th, 2025, they called me because my credit card had expired. During that call I told them I wanted to cancel my membership. The staff told me that if I waited two months, until September, then I could cancel my membership for free. So I followed what they told me and waited until September. When I called back in September, they suddenly said I had never given notice in advance and still needed to pay the cancellation fee.... read more
