After several staff changes of the years, i can truly say that Eric is a terrific manager. Caring, thoughtful and communicative. I love the family of friends at the 530 am class. Everyone watches out for each other and truly cares. We encourage, support and cheer each other on.
Great environment. Great classes lead by experienced trainers. There are so many extras there that you can add on to your experience, tanning, massage, sauna, red light therapy. It’s a great community.
The staff are the best!!! The gym is always clean, and the staff always greet me with a smile as soon as i enter. I already recruited a few friends and will keep doing so.
