Very clean environment, high quality and well maintained equipment, friendly staff.
Im excited to continue to work with my trainer that I had at another gym and I love the feeling and atmosphere in this place this gym actually feels like a gym and it's veteran owned and it's a local business, support your veterans and local businesses please!!!
Started coming here cause it is close by my house and was looking for a gym with some specialty bars that are hard to find only lift here 1 or 2 days a week cause I have multiple gym memberships and the other one is closer to my work so it works out perfect
