The BEST gym in Kalamazoo with a lot of equipment, 4 LifeFitness (my favorite), a store, a barbershop, and a massage place. I think having a second unit with Sauna and Functional Room makes this gym unique. Very busy every Saturday and Sunday. You just need to time it. I used Hammer Strength equipment first or the treadmills until the LifeFitness is available.

Has almost every piece of equipment you can think of but they recently bolted all benches to the floor so you can’t use them at the dual cables anymore

The gym itself has a great collection of machines, but feels crowded as people are constantly walking past/by/pacing around next to you. They could use another rack for the cable attachments, a renovation by raising the ceilings, and a switch on the TVs. Im sure the demographic of people that go here couldn’t care less about watching three back to back to back TV screens of the news as politics has become a lot more accessible online. Predatory billing. Beyond that it's a nice gym.
