The gym itself is great, but I’ve been overhearing some pretty racist and disgusting comments from certain members lately. It makes working out there pretty uncomfortable, considering they are always there at the same time as me. I’d like to see management do more to keep things respectful

Started coming here this past January. I was working out at Planet Fitness, but I needed a better variety of weight equipment. The amount of weight equipment they have is DOPE. The staff are awesome, the store they have has all the pre-workout and protein bars/powder you can thick of. Some plans do require you to sign a contract (I'm on the cheapest one) but it's worth it if you plan to stay in the area long term.

The BEST gym in Kalamazoo with a lot of equipment, 4 LifeFitness (my favorite), a store, a barbershop, and a massage place. I think having a second unit with Sauna and Functional Room makes this gym unique. Very busy every Saturday and Sunday maybe because most of the students were not in school. You just need to time it. I used Hammer Strength equipment first or the treadmills until the LifeFitness is available. Positive: I got pains in both knees. Has almost every piece of equipment you can think of but they recently bolted all benches to the floor so you can’t use them at the dual cables anymore
