One of the jokes with my family and friends is my lack of coordination. That said, training me in the gym is no easy task. Fortunately for me, Roque Medina is the trainer who helps me stay in a routine. He is kind and patient, even though he sometimes must show me how to do things more than once. He, along with the team, is always friendly and helpful. Both the PHG Fort Lauderdale and Miami locations are one of a kind. The locations are always clean, have great and unique equipment, have great hours both during week and on weekends, and have great staff. PT Roque is great, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any/all goals you may have. Highly recommend!
I was enjoying my day playing some billiards and Joe (one of the employees at powerhouse) randomly mentioned this gym I’ve never heard of and told me I should check it out. I decided to give it a chance and I’m extremely glad I did. This is one of the cleanest and well thought out exercise facilities I’ve ever experience.
