Been going here for 2 years but for some reason this summer they now decide on some days to just not have the AC on and open the garage at front that lets the hot air in. Makes the workout conditions in the gym unbearable. The moisture builds up on the floor and it becomes slick and actually dangerous depending on what you’re doing. Best gym ever. Wherever you are in your fitness journey powerhouse has everything you need from cardio to weights to amazing fitness classes. Best staff ever, powerhouse is more than a gym it’s one big family 🫶🏼
I'm surprised to see the owner stating in response to a review further down complaining about the impossibility of canceling a contract with this gym that that "we never would have billed you if we had received your cancellation form, and once you contacted us regarding the desire to cancel your membership your request was promptly addressed" -- I submitted a cancellation form to this gym last week after we moved, and am being told that because my account auto-renewed (without any notice to me!) for another year last fall I ... read more
