The equipment is clean, well-maintained, and there’s a great variety for every type of workout—whether you’re into lifting, cardio, or functional training. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help without being pushy. The energy and atmosphere are motivating, and it’s clear that the community here is built around support and results. Highly recommend to anyone serious about their fitness goals.

Would not recommend anyone go to this gym. Rude-incompetent staff, and filthy locker rooms that are half destroyed. There are much better options not far, suggest you spend your money elsewhere. I'm going to guess that the completely unprofessional staff member I encountered had to be the legendary "matt" who doesn't seem to care one bit about customer service. Bald guy with a goatee? Yep, might want to do something about him unless you like angry dudes running your gyms.

Been going to this gym for about 3 years. It's simple, straight forward, with a good variety of equipment. My main complaint is whoever manages or takes care of the facility doesn't seem to prioritize addressing issues in the locker rooms or general workout areas. Examples as of late 2024 include weight scales that don't work, damage to lockers that hasn't been fixed in weeks, light fixtures out for extended time, and about a 1 inch layer of thick dust on the ceiling fans that don't look like they have been cleaned....maybe ... read more
