Wonderful environment for those who are beginners AND elite athletes. Some of the best staff ANYWHERE.
This review is for the amazing gym, but mainly for Lonnie. He is an amazing trainer. The kind that knows just how hard to push, without pushing past my upper limit. He makes clients feel comfortable and like they can do anything! If you are like me and trying to get strong after too long away from regular strength training, come to this gym and find Lonnie! 👏👏👏
Looks like a great spot. Unfortunately charging $30 for a day pass, kind of a slap in the face to people who travel for work and want to stay healthy.
These guys are a rip off , they wanted to charge me $15 to workout when I’m already a member at a different powerhouse. When everybody else charges $5 . What a disappointment. because of disgusting people like you
