In the past few months, I’ve noticed some great improvements. Not only has the overall condition of the gym equipment gotten better, but the locker room area is now much more well-maintained, with some sections even renovated. For my needs, this is a gym that offers everything necessary without unnecessary frills. Good job to the management and all the staff!

Easy access to the gym dispite its downtown birmingham location. There is 2 hours free parking in the structure. This gym has nice classes, friendly staff, clean locker rooms and an easy going atmosphere which makes getting in and out a breeze.

I promise you it’s very rare you would run into a machine that’s broken down that is what I love about this place EVERYTHING ALWAYS WORK and it’s always clean inside but 99% of the staff is friendly but you would be shocked that you would spend thousands of dollars for personal training just to walk in most days and get nasty looks from one of the trainers that’s not even training you. Wonderful environment for those who are beginners AND elite athletes. Some of the best staff ANYWHERE.
