I promise you it’s very rare you would run into a machine that’s broken down that is what I love about this place EVERYTHING ALWAYS WORK and it’s always clean inside but 99% of the staff is friendly but you would be shocked that you would spend thousands of dollars for personal training just to walk in most days and get nasty looks from one of the trainers that’s not even training you. This review is for the amazing gym, but mainly for Lonnie. He is an amazing trainer. The kind that knows just how hard to push, without pushing past my upper limit. He makes clients feel comfortable and like they can do anything! If you are like me and trying to get strong after too long away from regular strength training, come to this gym and find Lonnie! 👏👏👏

Looks like a great spot. Unfortunately charging $30 for a day pass, kind of a slap in the face to people who travel for work and want to stay healthy.
