This is probably the most complete gym in the area, it's got something for everybody, young and old, the problem is is the staff that runs the joint is a bunch of women, which put loitering signs all over the gym at tables, which they don't want you to sit down and take a break after you've been working out, is this a gym or a daycare center 🤔

As the past General Manager of Powerhouse Gym of South Hackensack NJ, Mahwah NJ, & Saddle Brook NJ I visited Powerhouse in Stuart Fl. today and was greeted by Victoria. She gave me an awesome tour of the facility and introduced me to owner Roy. The warmth and hospitality was paramount of how things are done down south, the facility was immaculate and equipment for every age group.
