Disgusted with the daycare staff. My husband and I have a 9-month-old and only used the childcare so we could get a quick workout in — not because we fully trusted the situation, but because the gym offers it and we expected basic supervision. Manager saying it’s not your business just in friendly conversation of age

Half the cardio equipment is permanently broken, and the other half, if you’re less than 200 lbs, hits you with a “no user detected” and shuts off after 5 minutes, place is absolutely filthy and the cleaning rags are always soaking wet, place is so beyond neglected and antiquated when it could be a perfectly good gym. Managing staff is super nice but they seemingly hired a bunch of 18 yr old males to take care of the place (the cleanest and most responsible of all the species)
I cancelled my membership, and as of today I have been charged THREE times after. I just got off the phone with them now at 7am, and the woman I spoke to said she would TRY to have me contacted back today but could not guarantee it. Unbelievable. I have been so patient and understanding, but at this point it is bad business and someone dropped the ball majorly by not making sure this did not happen a third time.
