I cancelled my membership, and as of today I have been charged THREE times after. I just got off the phone with them now at 7am, and the woman I spoke to said she would TRY to have me contacted back today but could not guarantee it. Unbelievable. I have been so patient and understanding, but at this point it is bad business and someone dropped the ball majorly by not making sure this did not happen a third time. The gym itself and the people working there are really great. Dawn in particular was very kind and helped me a lot. If you’re looking for a gym that is well maintained, has good amenities, and has honest and kind owners/employees.. this is the one. They will honestly go above and beyond to make anything right.
If you’re looking for an old-school gym experience powerhouse is the place. The gym is very dated. The equipment is old. Some of the treadmills don’t work correctly or at all. And some of the TVs don’t function properly. Actually, they don’t like Fox News at this gym. If you complain, they’ll put Fox News on a couple of TVs and within a few days they’re gone again must be a very liberal gym. They need to invest money into this place to bring it up-to-date.
