Really knowledgeable and supportive trainers who adapt things for my body. Plus the gym community is amazing.
Friendly welcoming gym with brilliant and knowledgeable trainers. Programming is always challenging and coaches can tailor everything for people's needs. Small classes and lots of attention and feedback given, focus on form and technique. Highly recommend to anyone from newbies to more experienced gym goers.
Excellent gym for PT led strength and conditioning in small groups as well as other functional classes. Great staff - felt very welcome. Quality of training is excellent, taking the time to help me with proper technique and injuries. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality gym and training experience
PTs are highly professional. Suitable for training at all levels. The changing room was hardly used though.
