Best gym in the area by a long way, nuff said.
Quality gym. Friendly staff, warm and great facilities. Perfect for strength and conditioning as they have all the concept 2 ergs (plus only commercial gym in shields with a C2 Bike Erg). If you’re serious about training this is the place.
Extremely good amount of equipment
A very friendly atmosphere and well set up gym. And a great place to train. Monthly membership is very competitive with other gyms, but the quality of equipment blows the competition away on overall value. Lots of machines, two big racks of dumbbells, and lots of cardio machines to choose from as you work your way around the gym. The staff always greet you with a welcome smile.
