WoPro fitness in La Habra has been an absolutely amazing experience so far, community there is friendly, everyone knows each other, coaches are great (Aaron, Adam, Rafael) and they push you to challenge yourself physically and mentally. I did the 6 week challenge and lost 14 pounds of fat. I have been going to WoPro Fitness for almost 2 years. They supported me after I had my first child, and helped me to make space for myself outside of motherhood. They then helped me continue my fitness journey through my entire second pregnancy, helping me to find safe exercises through modifications. Shout out to Coach Sabrina for being an amazing coach who somehow got me to come out of my "shy shell". :)

I started WoPro in March 2025. I had already been lifting but wanted guidance on the nutritional side. The program at WoPro has elevated my fitness and educated me on the nutrition part of wellness. Coach Sabrina, Rafael and Aaron all create a welcoming environment that pushes me to get stronger. The core exercises in between sets are challenging but I’m seeing results, which is great! The vibe, people and program at WoPro is 10/10!
