WoPro fitness in La Habra has been an absolutely amazing experience so far, community there is friendly, everyone knows each other, coaches are great (Aaron, Adam, Rafael) and they push you to challenge yourself physically and mentally. I did the 6 week challenge and lost 14 pounds of fat. Definitely a place where you'll see progress, you don't wait for a machine, you don't have to look up a certain exercise to target a muscle, WoPro already has a system. I have been going to WoPro Fitness for almost 2 years. They supported me after I had my first child, and helped me to make space for myself outside of motherhood. They then helped me continue my fitness journey through my entire second pregnancy, helping me to find safe exercises through modifications. Shout out to Coach Sabrina for being an amazing coach who somehow got me to come out of my "shy shell". :)
