As a middle-aged woman, I was reluctant to go to a weight training gym but really needed to work on muscle mass and bone density. So glad I went to WoPro’s first free class, then signed up for 2-week trial deal, then joined as a member. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and seem to really care that you are comfortable and understand what to do. Classes vary from 2- 9 people and everyone is personable. I look forward to my workout and to seeing my new WoPro crew! I feel stronger and more energized already💪🏽

I absolutely love this gym! Coach Drea, Mark, and Ryan are all amazing. They really know how to push you while still keeping you motivated and encouraged. You can tell they genuinely care about everyone getting better. Ryan is our newest coach and we need more of him . He’s small but mighty . And his thighs are my motivation my inspiration.
