Es un buen lugar para ejercitarte, tiene muy buen ambiente y, sobre todo, la instructora y todos los colaboradores. Si aún no lo conoces, te invito a que lo hagas. No te vas a arrepentir. Es una inversión para ti, hazlo por tu salud.
This is THE BEST gym for zumba in North County! The workouts are full body, high intensity but most of all they are fun! The environment is welcoming and non-judgemental while also challenging and motivating. I prefer the morning classes because they are usually less full than the evening ones so I recommend you get there early and come ready to sweat!
I went to the nail shop next to this gym (which according to google was here before the gym) and oh my gosh, they bump there music SOOOOO loud, all of us on the nail shop trying to have a relaxing spa day have to hear there bumping music for 2 hours, I think it's so rude. Why would you choose to do that or even move in next to a spa? I think it's very disrespectful of the gym owners and im suprised there have not been complaints, the property owners should do something about the noise level, it effects other businesses.
